Meet the Founder
The support I wish had existed — built for the people who need it now.
Having survived more than twenty years of domestic and financial abuse, I created R3 to provide the support I wish had existed.
My lived experience has become a structured recovery programme that helps men and women recognise abuse, regain independence, strengthen financial confidence and avoid returning to harmful relationships.
This isn't theory.
It is practical recovery built from lived experience, professional knowledge and genuine understanding. My mission is to ensure no one feels trapped because they lack knowledge, confidence or support.

Our Story
Bridging emotional recovery and financial empowerment.
Many people escape abuse but remain trapped by financial dependency, trauma and fear. Financial abuse is one of the least recognised forms of domestic abuse — yet it is often the reason people stay, or return.
R3 bridges the gap. We combine education, confidence building, practical tools and trauma-informed support to help men and women create sustainable independence.
Why we are different
Long-term recovery, not crisis response.
Our workshops combine six pillars of recovery into one structured, trauma-informed journey.
We help people move from surviving to thriving.
